Liberty Place

Liberty place was exceptional! We were skeptical before arriving after reading some reviews about it being dirty but this was the most clean place we’ve seen it. The young couple who run the place are the most friendliest and helpful people and always on hand if you have questions/need water. The laundry was done by 6pm the same day which is excellent service. you have a huge choice for breakfast and the food is cooked fresh. unlimited hot water use with tea/coffee facilities also available all day and night. we had a room on the ground floor on the outside bit and it was so quiet, (except for the crazy thunderstorms which obviously is out of anyones control😅). Location is excellent & they provide free bikes (you have to be up early to get them though!)

Liberty place can provide you with a lot of services such as train ticket, transport to short and long travel (kuang si, caves, nong khiaw...) for an affordable price. You can discover the city by bicycle and it's totally free and really useful. At night, you can go to the street food market by foot, it's only 10min far. I enjoyed the breakfast with sweet and savory options, tea or coffee, and fruits and juice served with it. I had 2 peaceful nights, the area is really calm.

Wifi awesome, shower pressure perfect, power points awesome, fridge worked awesome to, bed comfy , breakfast ok to, good with free by bye cycle 🚲 to, and hire a moped from them to , and all train tickets etc on wall with prices so good to compare 😀 location good, about 4 min bike ride from place to main parts, big supermarket 4 min away to which was good, I'd not hesitate to say choose this place honestly , room cleaned everyday to! 😀

This place was great - it was super clean and really comfortable, and the rooms were so big. It was also only a ten minute walk to the main part of town, and you could use the bikes for free to get there faster too - which we loved. The hist was really friendly and helpful, and offered to arrange a number rof tours or transport to ither places for us. We liked it so much we stayed a second time when we stopped back in Luang prabang a bit alter in our trip. The breakfast was also really tasty.

We loved our stay in Liberty Guesthouse. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, AC worked well, safe and fridge in the room. Location is about 10 mins from the night market on the quieter side of town. Having the bikes made it a lot easier to get around, it’s also such a lovely experience cycling through the streets of LP. The best thing about Liberty Place is the staff. Anything we asked they arranged for us. We went to Nong Khiaw for a few days and they let us leave some of our luggage and kept it safe. They also arranged a minivan to transport a bag to Vang Vieng with some aerosols (you can’t bring this in the train). Laundry was cheap and done in 24 hours. I would be happy to recommend to anyone.
